Delivery of 2200T Aluminum extrusion machine

The 2200T Aluminum extrusion machine has been arranged for shipment; this is our first Aluminum extrusion press to be sent to Oman, marking our aluminum extrusion machine entry into the Middle Eastern market. From the time the customer placed the order to the completion of production, it took us three months. Completing production is only the first step in the sales process.

After production is completed at the factory, we conduct testing on the machine to ensure there are no issues with the product. When preparing for shipment, we disassemble the machine again. This aluminum extrusion machine requires seven 40-foot containers for loading. It took us five days to load the containers because the machine is quite large and has numerous parts after disassembly.

We used cranes to load the disassembled machine parts into open-top containers. The entire process must be handled carefully to ensure nothing is missed, and all products are secured to ensure safe transport. Once the shipment arrives at the customer’s factory, we will also send installation personnel to assist in assembling the aluminum extrusion press machine.
